Captain America and Punisher duke it out and the only weapon they are allowed to have is 1 liter of bleach a piece.

That's two liters of bleach and two street level brawlers.

No chain-mail and no mask for Captain.
No Kevlar or any other tricks for Punisher

T-shirts and Blue jeans. That's the uniform for this fight.
