1. Colossus --- The Russian POwerhouse of the X-Men

He is just too cool..This metal stuff and being extremly powerful and on the other hand he is a sensitive man with the heart of artist...

2. Gambit -- The guy with the kinetic charge and hynotic charm....
That got skills...He owned the Gladiator...A street smart, thief who has gone good...Brave,clever and can blow up buildings while touchin' 'em long enough....

3. Cable -- Telekinesis and Telephatic....Cable is the guy who got the most interesting past in the future...As becomin' an Omega LEvel mutant he is just the guy I really wanna be...Rough, bad attitude but a golden heart...

4. Deadpool -- The guy who is never serious...Crazy...Big mouth and this healing factor stuff...Owned Wolverine...Got tons of guns and he is funnier than Spidey

5. Wolverine -- Everybody gotta love this man...Well you know why....

1. Quicksilver- I like super-speedsters and QS is my favorite one.

2. Flash (Wally)- Same as above, the Fastest Man Alive is my favorite DC character.

3. Spawn- I just love this guy's character and how badass he can be.

4. Xin (Anarchy Studios)- This guy just has that loveable anti-hero egotistic personality and the skills to prove he's top dog; sucks that his series was so short.

5. Hulk- "Hulk Smash!" just never seems to get old.

Can't say I really have favorite characters. I have types of characters I like and types I don't. Can't really say I care for characters with no real powers (Captain America, Daredevil, Batman, etc). I think they're boring. Characters just above them (Spiderman, Wolverine) aren't much better.

I tend to prefer stories with characters like Thor and Silver Surfer though I've never really cared for Superman. I also like powerful female characters (Wonder Woman, Sersi, She Hulk).

As long as it's not overdone I like stories with Uber beings like Galactus and the Celestials.

Comics are all about fantasy and it's more fun to feed the imagination with totally impossible beings that can't really exist as opposed to stories about what could be my neighbor in stupid looking tights.

Just outta curiosity, I looked closely at everyone's top 2 favorites.

I divided the characters into 3 broad categories: Level 1 (eg, Batman, Captain America, Spider-Man); Level 2 (eg, Iron Man, Thing, Namor); and Level 3 (eg, Superman, Thor, Surfer). Rough estimates, too be sure, so you may not agree with everyone's placement. That said...

Most first-place favorites were Level 1 characters.
Most second-place favorites were also Level 1s.
Least chosen were first-place faves at Level 3, and second-place faves at Level 2.

1. Thanos- Smartest and biggest badass in the universe who always finds a way to get the better of his opponent.

2. Black Panther- One of the best written characters in the Marvel Universe. He is smart, can fight, and always looks out for his people.

3. Ironman- This guy is the sh*t, always has an answer for anything. No obstacle seems to big for him to handle. Although not liked by all, he has the respect of everyone.

4. Silver Surfer- Noble, peaceful, and quiet, but do not piss him off. The Surfer always does what is needed of him, and never stops till his job is done.

5. Wolverine- Although many ppl on this forum hate him, I have to say Wolverine is definately one of my favorite character. He is never afraid to jump into a fight no matter who is front of him. He's ruthless, violent, and unpredictacle, but you can always count on him to have your back when you need him.

Nah man. Im pretty sure hes a hero now. Well when I was collecting Morbius in 1993 he was, under the Midnight Suns series.

Like I said it depends on whose drawing him, when I was collecting it the artwork was really gothic. Some artists are just crap so it puts me off.
