He's still a racist jerk wad towards caucasians and he
would still go after white criminals who would prey upon
African-Americans(since he lost his parents in a hate crime
at a young age by racist rednecks).

So then, what would happen if NW existed in the DC Universe?
And how will he interact with superheroes of the DCU
(especially Superman). And how would other heroes feel
and react went they know of his own methods of 'justice'
towards caucasian criminals? And most of all will he have
big impact in DC Universe or a minor one?

What would you guys and gals think?

Nighthawk had his own Joker named Clown or something like that appear in his mini and he killed him. He has no restraints about killing people.

The clown character is called Whiteface. And unlike Joker, Whiteface
(aka Steven Binst) was a real sadist.

And it's true that NH does kill criminals(white criminals, that is).

Also, if he decided to join the JLA(any incarnation) how much of an impact he'd have on the team and their missions.

Nighthawk maims and scars, but haven't seen evidence his mandate is to kill criminals; Whiteface excepted.

And Joker is a sadist when he wants to be - remember Barbara Gordon and Jason Todd.
