I think the question about honour here, should involve this: Would you trust this person enough to be your ally, even temporarily?

One of the most honorable as in acts of heroics and such has to go to Venom.

As for who keeps their word most in their evil acts, I'd say Joker.

I personally disagree IMO they think the are being honourable from their own point of view but that's the problem, their own viewpoint has become so twisted and perverse they aren't really honourable............

Venom. He always keeps his word, especially when he promisses to kill somebody...
