Many people seem confused with the stars true origin, and its relationship to jewish history. To tell the truth its relationship is extreamly odd.
The so called Star of David has no mention until the time of Solomon, and then not until he turned to the occult. There is no reference in reputed historical text linking the star to david. In truth the hexagram is a occult symbol widely used during the period's where pagan worship was high.
Other theories concern each point representing the infinite universe, another says that the two triangles are like yin and yang and that the center is a solid core holding them togeather
