So long as it takes place in the 4th demension, 5th takes it. How do we know that Spectre can do anything to them???

After Spectre's rampage Mxy was left powerless.Spectre's powersare in every plane of existence.

All the imps are included bat-mite,,etc. Spectre is included with dc hes allowed in but god cant help him.
