Nuke from Daredevil ? By Frank Miller ? If so, Nuke is nothing CA doesn't face on a daily basis. Just a tough soldier (pretty dumb too).

Nuke and Nitro the same. Nitro's the guy that went kaboom in Civil war#1 that killed 100 over ppl. Nuke is the super-soldier that gonna fight Logan in Origins.

Cap was Weapon I, Nuke was Weapon VII while Wolverine was Weapon X.
