If we go by feats. Both Warlock and Magus have spanked Thanos, Surfer, Quasar, Drax, Maxam, etc...

Warlock is a Professor in soul stealing/soul ass kicking.

As of right now, Sentry and Void get stopped. Until Sentry does more to show off his power of a million exploding suns, Warlock and Magus have the advantage.

Which Magus is this?the one from the future or the current one who got beat by capt.marvel genis?

Classic Magus I presume, Adam Warlock and The Magus are still to much for the Sentry and Void. AW and Magus wins 10/10 until see more feats of Sentry and Void.

Does Adam have his soul gem?

Sentry might have more raw power, but even Thanos is afraid of the soul-rip. If he has the ability to use that, Sentry has no chance to win. Sure Sentry is faster, but Adam has enough durability to survive until he is able to use this.

I can see so many ways for team one to win this...

Magus steals their souls...

Warlock steals their souls...

Magus AND Warlock steal their souls...

Magus summons the In-Betweener...

Warlock and Magus win. Sentry hasn't shown enough to put him over Warlock yet.
