Tough battle. I think if Blackheart was at the level he was when he took Mephisto's place, then he could probably beat Dormammu. At his current level, he gets beat.

dormammu did give eternity trouble with help but black heart at full power i dont think could even take on galactus for example mephesto lost to galactus in his own realm.

Spidey never beat the real Dormammu. T'was a illusion.
