Sinister kills Ras effortlessly, nothing has been shown to effectively kill Sinister, not even Cyclops blast, and Sinister regularly beats the X-men, while Ras has yet to effectively beat Batman

There's a week of prep, but Sinister with prep is more dangerous than Ras with prep. Sinister is more powerful than Ras in every possible way. Sinister wins this 10/10.
