Ryu beats Cap, dont know how Morrigan fairs against Damien, not enough info on either

Is this full power Morrigan, or what? I think in DS she was only at 1/3 of her full power, after Vampire Savior she merged with Lilith and was at 2/3 of her power, so she'd be significantly stronger at her whole power. Still, I have no idea how strong Damien, so I can't say.
