Frank and Joker are both tied to a chair and getting worked over by a muscel bound brute. Who gets koed first? They move have some crazy damage soak but who's is higher?

Both are too durable too tell.

I think Punisher has the higher damage soak of the two but both are certainly in the realms of superhuman durability.

when joker turned to joker he had a joker card with him it like bonded with him thats y he cant die unless u kill the card he had a hole deck but all the cards fell to the ground except the joker one that remaned with him
