Depends if Kon can protect himself from the energy drain.

Kon also has problems with Solar Absorbtion though. As an adult I don't see him as strong as Superman.

Maybe. Black Zero was slapping around Pre-Crisis Superboy along with a legion of other Superboy's. His TK could easily amp his strength.

Besides energy drain. Kryptonite and red sun energy still pose problem.

But was it shown that PC Superboy was in the silver age realm of power?? Or was it just PC superboy? Kinda like how Kal -l was the golden age superman, but his power level in IC was no where near his prime??

It wasn't a lucky shot, SS just looked at him and blasted his ass. Silver Surfer has fought more powerful mental beings that cable can number Thanos, Moondragon w/mindgem, Mephisto, Adam Warlock etc.
