It's probably a 50-50 split with a small nudge to Spidey. Blade could kill Spidey, but Spidey wouldn't cut loose on or try to kill Blade (unless Blade did something OOC like shoot and rape Mary Jane and Aunt May then piss on their corpses).

Lets see spidy jumps behind and sprays him with webbing and then kicks and puches the living life out of blade.
