inexperienced as Rachel is, telepathy wise, Betsy is not as skilled as Rachel imo, Betsy was more of a psycho blaster, again imo

Didnt Psylocke got upgrade in her powers, her brother the ultrapowerfull 1 that controls reality strings remade her so that no one with reality altering powers can affect her. I dont think thats gonna change the outcome of this fight dough. But he did hold up against Shadowking in the psi war series and impresoned him in her own body, which make her unable to use her TK and TP powers. This wouldnt even be a fight against Rachel.
