yep,thats the only way it ever happens unfortunately.It sucks that thats the only way it happens because since I been here,there has only been one mod here that I had a beef with as a mod and despite the fact that the other mods didnt like this poster as a mod either ,this mod still held his postition for a year until he finally got tired of modding and stepped down.Pretty messed up if you ask me.
