Is this the same Magus as everyone is referring to?

There's two individuals who go by the name Magus(that I know of).

One is Adam Warlocks evil future self/or just evil side.

The other one is a shapeshifting alien who's after his son who's name Adam Warlock(retarded I know) who joined the X-men or some shit.

Well Magus (warlock's evil side) had the Infinity Gaunlet for a bit.
