Too close to call I'll lean more towards the other team.

Challengers should win a majority.

There are a few weak links on the herald team

In my opinion, while the Surfer could probably defeat anyone on the other team, his fellow heralds aren't as strong as him so they'd probably go down, which would cause Surfer to eventually be outnumbered. I say that the challengers win this.

Quasar The Challengers probably take this due to presence of weaker Heralds such as Air-Walker and Nova. That and Thor/Superman/Gladiator is a darn tough combo to overcome.

Bring in Stardust for Nova or Air-Walker and the battle could shift the other way.

Air-Walker and Nova are weak links here. You should've put in Stardust and Fallen One.

Either Thor, Quasar, or GL can hold off Surfer. Gladiator, Superman, Sentry, Hyperion, and one other would eventually beat down Morg, Terrax, Firelord, and Red Shift.

Tho Gladiator and Superman can be downed by some some energy manipulation.
Also most off team 2 can be bfr'd by redshift or Surfer via black hole.

Quasar can remove from the field a number of them....even if they can come back eventually...he can also shield and give weapons to members

But Quasar's shield are nothing to Surfer...
