Haggar the legendary brawler takes on Zangief of street fighter who will win?

I like both Mike Haggar and Zangief, but I'll have to go with the Big Man, Mike Haggar. Haggar is a PowerHouse just like Zangief and Haggar was a Street Fighter Champion One Time. Haggar can take on Big Guys like Zangief and Haggar won't go down so Easily. Haggar even Fought Hugo One Time who was also Andore in Final Fight.

It has always been Haggar's goal to square off against Zangief. If you read his profile in Saturday Night Slammasters then you would know that. In the end even Capcom admits that Haggar is just a low-level Zangief. They aren't in the same class at all.
