well i say it is a good fight but imo Namor takes it cause from what im understanding of Karnak he is only a littel above cap america in speed and strength now the danger to namor would be karnaks abilty to know all weaknesses in all people and things around him so if namor can dodge his attacks (he should be able to) then he could take it

so in the end im gonna say namor takes it

Good fight? Namor simply punches Karnak one time/Snaps his neck. Karnak is good, but this is not his area. He is a street level character. Namor is leagues faster, stronger etc. then Karnak.
