Botankus, you are right, Vivien Leigh did play " Scarlett O ' Hara " in the original version of " Gone With The Wind ", but Ms. Joanne Whalley played " Scarlett O ' Hara " in the television version called
" Scarlett O ' Hara " and Timothy Dalton played her foil, " Rhett Butler " in the same television adaptation.
