Sense nobody seems to like Spider-man vs Dove thread how bout S pider-man vs Hawk.Hawk has some super speed,super strength(at least around 5/10 tons) ,is bullet proof and pretty durable.So Iron Spider-man vs Hawk in Time Square.No holding back but not necessarily blood lust.Who will win.

this would actually be a decent fight. I would go with Spider-Man pulling the majority of wins.

What version are you talking about?

The original before Dove died in Cris on earth and before Hawk went bad.But Hawk is at his full power.

Ohhh.. that's a tough one.
I'd probably still give it to Iron Spidey. At that point, pre-crisis, Hank hadn't really fleshed out yet, didn't have a whole lot of experience yet. He may have been close to Spidey in the physical department, but Spidey's quick mind and sheer versatility would win the fight over imo.
