Pmsl Spectre take this on his own but i dont think we can class spectre as a hero but if his allowed in the fight then its goodbye galactus.

i swear he's teamed up with heroes before for the greater good, oh well, superman prime could punch galactus to the end of time, with his OTT power limits

If Galactus is at 100%? Not a chance in hell.

on the DC side, no one less than Kismet could hang with an 100% Galactus.

The only one I can think of here that can take him is Pre-Crisis Full Powered Spectre.

Of course even that would be a challenge

Oh and Darkseid with the Anti-Life Equation
