Okay I need help BIG-TIME! I think messa got a Virus. If I do something big in my comp(Go into gamespy, play an installed game), all my things disappear except for my wallpaper. No matter how much I tried to Shut down and power up again, all I saw is the wallpaper. Now I am scared of logging off. What kind of a virus is this and how do I get rid of it?

it is certainly a virus.

what you need to do is keep your computer
away from other computers so they dont catch it.
preferably a couple of miles just in case the virus causes
the computer to become self aware and send the virus over wi-fi.
unfortunately, the "now you just see wallpaper" virus is incurable,
so you must then incinerate the computer. be careful not to inhale
any noxious and possibly contagious smoke when burning it.

hmm....my computer used to do that....when it has 128mb ram....but now it's got a gig....so pfft...never seen it again lol
