No Bt is like venom strength and speed and agility + a good hand to hand combatant so a bunch of gadgets to weaken him then team blows for the win

You forgot the amazing healing ability he can use on himself and others(eg.delilah) and his "optic blast".

Black Tarantula is the only Spider-man villain that Spider-man has not been able to beat. I say Black Tarantula wins this 7-8/10.

If thet dont get killed first. he was matching spider-man' speed and he's strenght is quite above him. he was also highly skilled and have no qualms to kill.
