What the **** do you do when you all get mad? I have nothing to do so it's going to have to stay bottled up inside me and I'm not liking that very much. Sometimes I get in my car and yell the F word as loud as I can! Other times I'll take three deep breaths and close my eyes, open eyes, exhale. Otherwise I'll just drink cheap beer and hang out on KMC.

Well I, in the past, used to punch a wall or break things.....but that did no good because I got even more angry because my hand hurt OR I had to clean up what I just broke. Nowadays I try to vent my anger by taking a walk or going to sleep OR listening to realxing music...or loud music...me personally if I'm pissed off I get really angry if I listen to loud music.

I... smoke ... I don't recommend it to anyone though.
And depending on how pissed I am, I hit something.

I suggest you listen to some music or watch a movie while eating sweets or something, and try to think about something else.

Yeah you're like me, the frustration kind of flows out with loud music as it plays but my Mother is in the living room and I cannot turn it up as loud as I'd like without her coming in here and saying "TURN THAT DOWN!."
"He" made me mad the other day and whether I should have done it or not I threw the phone as hard as I could (still with him on it) against our metal garage. It made me feel better but I can't do those types of things around here.

Everyone has little buttons that can be easily pushed. Once pushed, these buttons have the potential of creating conflict. Seems silly to make a fuss over such small issues, but there are times when you just do. Though not between Fire and I.
