i think joker is more evil this guy is pretty twisted though lol, just for fun he made a chemical that helped him take over half the world, then he made it rain acid rain, he triked myx to giving him most of his power, he made the spectre nearly lose it, i think they might even be equally sick joker and black mage i dont know, when joker was emperor joker he killed people and brought them back, gave aqua man a fish head lol and stuff like that

Joker has always seemed more unbalanced to me. Sure he does horrific and terrible things, but he's also done hokey and non-evil ones.

To me it comes down to the fact that Joker is most obviously insane where Black Mage is just . . . .well Evil.

He's deffinitely more erratic with his choices, though Black Mage murdering a Cobbler to take over his store (And subsequently making his face into a pair of shoes) is a bit 'crazy' to me. But none of the Light Warriors are fully sane, and I know *I* wouldn't be after spending extended periods of time with Fighter.
