Hmmm... tough one. I'm leaning towards Strange myself.

Whoever lands the first hit wins. A solid magical blast could put Warlock down. A solid Karmic Blast would put Strange down.

Warlock was doing well against Thor until he relied on his physical strength. Warlock can do plenty without the gem.
