Fight takes place in the heart of New York City.

I'm not to sure Grundy could hurt Sandman. He's usually not smart enough to be tactical. The best he could do is to disperse Sandman and call it a day.

sandman doesnt have a chance nor does grundy

but sandman could drag grundy to a river or something and drop him in
he would have to leave it there.

You'd have to be a pisspoor villian to be made of dead plant matter and get trapped at the bottom of a river.
