Some facts :
-The Batman-franchise has been used the most.
-Superman coming second, together with two TV series.
-The Hulk was an unexpected flop.
-The Fantastic Four wasn't a flop, but also wasn't a success.
-Spiderman 1&2 were the biggest commercial successes.
-The X-men movies are rated the highest by critics so far.
-The Spiderman 2 game actually sold better than the movie.
-The first Superman movie is still to be the most succesful.
-Spawn was critically panned down.

Regardless, I'd like to forget the bad ones, so I voted good, but the comics are better.

I don't know the dates but there was an older Fantastic Four as well as PUnisher starring Dolph Lungdren from Rocky IV.
