Someone please help me. I have been trying and trying but I am at the point in the game where I need to get the alien costume and scare the carny in Santa Monica, and I can't go into the clothing store to buy it. Does anyone know why?

i have won the game just go to santa monica clothshop and buy the alien custume thrn just make up with a trick and sceare the **** ottha him you can also buy a panda custum in
beverly hills

The alien costume can only be bought in Hollywood's clothing store.

I will o into the hollywood clothin store but i have looked tons of times. I can not find it if my life depended on it. I really need help
