Can become a sentient mass of sand that can change shape and density to his advantage. Vast superhuman strength and endurance in his sand form. Can absorb nearby sand particles to add to mass or replace lost mass.

Powers: Cloak is a living shadow, a gateway to a dimension of "Darkness". The "Darkness" is neither good nor evil, but can be used for either. Cloak has at times been portrayed as having a living predator living within his "Darkness". In addition, he can teleport.
