On accident, like you mean to hit 'quote' but you accidentally hit the 'edit' button right next to it.

I've gotten that a few times, when i went to a thread, the mods cleared away the whole thread at the same time. LOL
I couldn't go into another thread for a few mins.

when i got the message for the first time, I thought i got suspended, but could not figure out why on earth I would get suspended. It was only till went to another section of the forum, that I could go into threads. It was weird, but lasted less than a few mins, so didn't see the need to report it, lol
