Spidey won't be able to get close to Medusa. She's like Doc oc only with more tentacles.

So he would rap her hair in webbing and K.O'es her.

Once again a match against an opponent with sub-par durability. He punches a hole through her head.

Spider-man beat her in the comics in there first meeting.He broke out of her hair holding him easily just with his old strength.With his new powers the fight should last two minutes.
