In the third movie we got:
-Peter "gaining" the symbiote
-Harry becoming a new goblin, certainly not the green one cause his
costume, is black-grey.His costume doesn't look good cause the images of the teaser are small to me.
-Sandman joining the rogue gallery
-Eddie Brock gaining the symbiote in the chapel tower

The history(IMHO):
Peter is still trying to be a friend, a boyfriend, and a superhero, and to pay the bill at the end of the month with his freelance photographer work.After another one of his battles, maybe with Sandman, he'll be covered from the symbiote, probably after falling into the hudson river like in the 90's animated series, where he woke up in front of a skyscraper, hangin on a web and not knowing how he reached that place.The symbiote will make him arrogant, bad, and brutal, this will lead to him having problems with MJ, and Harry trying to conquer her while Petey also meet Gwendoline Stacy.
During all this rumble, Eddie Brock, rising photographer, will be fire cause Spidey will prove he's a liar or anyway he'll ruin his career at the Bugle, cause surely the autors will not introduce the Daily Globe, and maybed they will just introduce Eddie as a bastard and bad version of Peter.After getting fired, Brock will follow Spidey after the final confrontation with the new goblin, and in the tower he'll get covered from the symbiote, and this is the end of the third movie before the 4th episode.
Will Harry die?
Peter survived a pumpkin bomb in Spider-Man, at point blank distance, probably Harry will survive too, and die in a more spectacular way like while they fight between the buildings and rooftops or he'll just appearently die and prepare the revenge.
This are all SPECULATIONS made from me.

How do we think Sandy gets his powers? Oscorp? Hope the CGI is done well! Same with Venom also, be it in 3 or 4. I think the mouth will be hard to pull off.

I don't think they'll be using his original origin. They could borrow some elements from Ultimate Spider-Man though. I do enjoy how nearly every hero in the Ultimate Marvel Universe centers around Captain America and the super soldier serum.

We see him with it, we see it creeping onto his hand, but we dont know HOW he got it or WHERE it came from. We only know that he has a black costume. Who, Where, What, When, Why and How are all still unknown.

Its hard to say if this is his new outfit or if its just the fact that this is all very very basic SFX and CGI

We dont know that. We only see him say "Peter?" and then it cuts away. This movie may end with no venom apperance at all. They might leave it with us seeing him get the suit but never actually appearing as Venom. Think of the build up and hype that would cause.

Harrys costume in the teaser trailer might even be a temporary outfit whilst experimenting with his new toys. poss' a goblin mask after the bomb in his face? hope so!

I think a few are known.

What is it? The symbiote/black costume.
Who has it? Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man
When will it be introduced? Spider-Man 3

How, why, and where are still unknown. Sorry, it's a slow day for me.

We don't see Brock with the suit or gaining it. We just see it crwaling on Peter.

supposedly he returns in a goblin costume to help out spidey in a later battle in the movie.

why would he change it? for cosmetic reasons maybe lol maybe he found out his goggles and mouth piece clashed with his ninja suit.

doubtful... maybe they blow up. remember in trailer harry is getting bomb in face lol

maybe in the movie the bomb scene is to show off his newly gained powers from the serum, like the bomb explodes but itll go into a bullet-time thing like when peter first got bitten and everything slowed down when flash went to punch him.
