I'd also say that Iron Man would win at least 8/10 times against this team of heroes.

Iron Man should be able to get a majority against this team sans his extremis upgrade, imo. He would have a field day with these guys and his magnetic repulsors. Extremis Iron Man 9/10.

Iron Man takes these guys down, 9/10.
He's got the magnetic repulsors (as Kahn said) and two out of the three people on the team are made of metal.
And we all know Captain America vs. Iron Man is overkill.
