Classic Sinister with molecular control, TK, TP, regeneration, etc.

Sinister makes another Nate grey clone in that time and set's it loose on Ironman.

.... With less than a week to plan IM and BP came up with ways to block Onslaught's telepathy.... he'd still have all the plans to that gear

He'd hack into the X-Men's database (if he hasn't already done so) and download every scrap of info on Sinister... which includes which energy fields he's weak against..... hell.... he could get his mind directly into Sinister's computer networks to see what sort of stuff he has planned for fighting IM

All the information he needs to fight Sinister is out there on someones computer.... whether it be the X-Men, Avengers, Black Panther, the Fantastic Four, AIM, Hydra, Weapon X, SHIELD or on Sinister's himself... hell... even Doom's security systems wouldn't keep Stark out these days

Classic Sinister can just clone Iron Man and get all his ideas

Not if IM fudges up the computers he uses to implement the cloning process

Then Sinister clones you and rapes you
