Extremis Iron Man vs Dr Light. Bloodlust. No prep, PIS or CIS. They fight in the Flash Museum.

Shouldn't be too different from fighting some sort of Magneto/Living Lazer combination... both of whom he has made preparations for in the past

Meh.. I doubt either of those two could do this.

Well, at the risk of sounding dumb (I'm not the biggest follower of either of these guys) I basically am doing it via association. I saw Cyborg punk a pissed off Dr. Light who had taken out most of the Titans. I've read plenty of Titan stuff and have never seen Vic do anything that Iron Man can't do better. PIS, maybe. But it still happened. I haven't seen enough Dr. Light feats to prove me otherwise, so I know I might be wrong. But right now, it seems simple enough to me, especially because I'd put Tony a healthy step higher than Cyborg on the power scale.

And hell, Tony's armor can run on solar power, right? Who's to say Light wouldn't just make him stronger by attacking him?

Dr Light could have just sucked the electricity right out of Cyborg (or Iron Man's) suit... like he pulled Zeus' lightning from WG's lasso....

Anyone with control over electricity could theoretically do that to Tony (Electro/Magneto come to mind). I have to believe it wouldn't be that easy for Light when I've never seen it happen to Tony. At this point I'd need some IM experts to throw me a bone, because I don't know for sure, but it seems logical enough to me that he couldn't just drain his power. Cyborg on the other hand, maybe a touch of PIS...but he's half human too, so he's running on mroe than just electricity in his machine half.

Or he could have just kept blasting him. Cyborg's solar shields did jack squat considering Light almost immediately put a hole in his stomach. He got screwed when he took a time out for the standard villain speech.

Comic book science, Yahman. A lot of Genis-Vell's powers were based on photokinesis as well.

To be fair Wally didn't really play a role in that fight.

Raven, Starfire or Kid Flash could beat Stark. Iron Man isn't touching a Flash. Starfire can hold her own against Wonder Woman.

It's irregardless really considering the abilities Dr Light has. What exactly is Iron Man going to do to someone who can teleport, has deadly lightspeed attacks, transubstantiate matter, form hardlight constructs, become invisible, take a beating from two dozen Titans and keep going, drain all the ambient electromagnetic energy from the vicinity and can arguably drain the electricity from his suit.

KidFlash can't hurt stark. He can pester the hell outta him though.

But Raven is vastly overrated, unless she's gone all Daddy's little girl on us.

Starfire can't hold her own against WW. She was handled by WW. They have never fought long enough for anyone to say, she can hold her own.

And if Tony lives in a universe with Magneto, i'd hazard to say that he's prepped for most of those tricks.

And Arthur didn't survive a beating from 24 titans. He survived a beating from Vick, a low class brick at best with low energy projection. The whole trick to that fight, was that the titans weren't prepared for a competent Dr.Light. And the powerhouses never really got close. He didn't survive any beating, since until the end he completely avoided them.

Kid Flash cant hurt stark? why the hell not? Plus its more than speed

he can kinetic drain him, or even Wallys IMP would work for him

I doubt it, the only thing even remotely electrical he affected was the lasso.... and that had all it's power on the outside with no protection whatsoever.... until Light draws out Steel's power (or someone similar) you can't just go around claiming he controls anything electrical... it was a1 off feat on a power source with a high light output

IM is smarter, faster, stronger, more durable, has a wider variety of attacks, greater battle experience and has dealt with light and electromagnetic manipulators numerous times... teleporters as well

IMO, what made his Photokinetic powers where overated (Gennis Vehl) ..... It was his hyper Dimensional powers that made him 2005's most stupidly overly powered character.

Did Arthur ever do anything to show that he can even match Tony?? Tony is hella versatile. He can always levitate the guy, and while keeping him off balance, hit him with the unibeam. Its taken out more powerful.

I would not say Iron-Man is overrated because he uses his brains to his advantage in fights because then you would have to also consider Reed Richards and Dr. Doom overrated, but I do think IM would lose to Dr. Light because I have not seen enough of the Extremis upgrade to get a good grasp of how powerful it is. Xmarksthespot, due his Extremis uprgrade Iron-Man now has a healing factor that is said to rival Wolverine's, but I don't know if that would even help him during this fight.

He is overrated to think he could even come close to a man who literally would be in control of the energy he uses to power his suit or do all he can do is overrating.

Yes, he would probably get his ass kicked by Dr. Light at least 9/10 times, but the Extremis upgrade has increased his power significantly.

Since he stole the lighting from Cassies whip. Thats where i believe people get the proof of him controlling Ironmans power source.

Heat Vision and the magic lasso have highly visible energy signitures and aren't guarded/shielded in any way whatsoever.... has Light ever drained electricity/energy form anything where the energy wasn't visible for anyone to see?

That i ken....Still, its not exceptionally powerful lightning. So, thats up in the air.

Zeus's lightning is the MOST powerful lightning. Thats the weapon of a skyfather. Thats his signature power. and Dr. Light manipulated it from a weapon built by gods. and when he manipulated it he couldn't see the lightning either.

Zeus's lightning is powerful.........When he wields it. Cassie used it against WW and she didn't even have a scratch. Kon shrugged it off twice in one story. Cassie isn't Zeus. Her dose of power<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<His.

no the thing is she doesn't wield it properly. Its based off of her anger. but since she's not really much of an angry person not that powerful. like a GL ring. with someone like Lucifer it'd be near unstoppable. but with someone of weak will its not very powerfull..
