Can't help you here buddy. I've had two previous exes and I still think about them sometimes. Maybe you should try getting a new girlfriend or hobby to take your mind off of her.

When I was in your position, what helped me was...

1. Talking, having the support of my friends, their opinions, being with them. Counseling could also help.
2. Time: time to "get out of the habit" of her, time to heal, time to have other things/people occupy my time.
3. Realization: of what I missed about her, why I was hurting, what negative things I was telling myself, reflections of my own insecurities; realizing that I still had the rest of my life to look forward to, other dreams to pursue.

A broken heart hurts like hell...but this too shall pass.

Seriously now, try running or walking. When ex broke up with me a year or two ago I ran off my "regrets and thoughts." So that might help.
