not just lucky, I have a contract with my neighbor and I'm the only one moving the yard. She just retired last year and settled in a nursing home and she lets relatives, friends, and other strangers rent it as a vacation home so she still makes good money.

I remember when I attempted to eat a child. Good stuff.
