You must mean multiple man vs captain america. So an okay rumbler x 40... vs a 40 year veteran. hrm.. interesting. Every time Cap hits madrox he could poof a new one. The question is that can Cap take down the original before he gets overwhelmed. Hrm....

I'd have to actually say no. Jamie Madrox wins it. Every time cap pops him one, another Jamie appears. The captain eventually is worn down.
