at least he was sorta creative, i certainly have never heard of a stupid ass law suit of this nature before. what you need to understadn is this will be thrown out as a frivolous lawsuit, hes not going to get this to go to any type of actual trial.

This is worse though. Don't get me wrong, the other two lawsuits are bullsh!t, but there was arguments in the McD's case about the nutrition facts not being posted at McD's and the coffee I heard was beyond hot (it was made extra hot so people could buy it, drive to work, and then still have it hot enough). But yeah, dumb....

The guy was on Jimmy Kimmel Live and they were asking everybody on the streets to I.D. him. Only women guessed he was Jordan and even then it was like a third of them.
