I'm completely wide-awake.

Stupid jetlag.

I first woke up at 4:30 but at least then I managed to fall back asleep...

well sleeping pills do work wonders Ive heard..either way, wb and have a good rest...

i don't think it matters if i was jetlagged or not.
my body clock is screwed anyway

I've never experienced it....but I imagine it would be awful

Yeah, I'm fine now it was just really hot and sunny and stuff the day I was in London and I get sick from the heat and sun really quickly.

Jet-lag does stink...You get used to it though.

I take a two 3 hour flights at least once a month...I would originally get lag, but I don't these days.
