By no weapons, I assume you mean no GL ring? Then I'm not sure, I would say Hawkeye, but thats only because I've never seen Hal fight without a GL ring

hal could still beat hawkeye but he hasnt a chance in this case

I'd go with Clint , unlike Mr 'My ring can do anything' Clint understands he's just a guy with a skill and as such trains himself. He's human and knows he has limitations...

Have you ever looked at the animals? Apes are freaking huge. Almost all of their body is like pure muscle and its so freaking dense. Bears have that jolly fat jiggle. :P Its why pooh always wants more honey.

Hal punched out Cyborg Superman in the last GL issue. That's an S Shield character right there! Hawkeye's whole list is nothing in comparison.
