Mordum
For vs sakes lets say there are equal numbers on each side.
Ready go.

Mider
give us feats for both races.

UniOmni
Millenium Giants were a failure in execution, on the part of DC.

Aquaman affected one with tp, and two Energy Supermen stopped them. Celestials equal?? Not really.

Mider
so what didnt invisible women kill exitar or a celestial, and professor x got into galactus head.

UniOmni
Invisible Woman killed the most powerful one, Exitar, but that was due to a loop hole in the powersets.
Her shields are made of the same thing that their armor is derived from.
So thats the loophole that allowed it. And it still stinks of pis.

grey fox
Thor's killed a celestial , but he had to amp his strength up with his belt and gloves . Even then it was still incredibly difficult.

Sue on the other hand can kill Multiple celestials with relative ease.

Mider
........wow thats lame

UniOmni
Thor didn't kill the celestial with the godblast. All he did was break the braincase, which repaired instantly. And the antibodies were top tier to boot.

Sue having her shields made of the same thing as Celestials is a cheap cover.

Validus
Millenium Giants are not Celestial peers. That would be the Promethian Giants.

Mider
ok who are the promethian giants

K3VIL
First off, the brain dome feat was sufficient to slow down the Celestial Exitar.Second, Sue's force fields comes from the hyperspace, where it's said the Celestial's real ebsence lives.

Covered that earlier buddy. But thanks embarrasment

Ah.. so there was a catch to that. I recall people touting that Sue could blow a hole through a Celestial.. without qualifying it in any way.

Sixth_Winged
The thing with sue's feat

-as already been mentioned, only real reason she manage to kill him was due to a loophole
-It was a sneak attack in Exitar's brain. The story goes as follow:
1. Exitar kills the head of the watchers
2. Sue enters the body
3. Exitar and his immune system let her pass purposely till she reached the "brain".
4. Sue then had the change of mind when she reaches the "brain" and attacks it after seeing the head Watcher in E's head.
-It is stated both Exitar and the head Watcher will return still someday.

No way, she could accomplish that if Exitar was really trying around that time and didn't let her pass in his body. Of course, it still reeks of PIS.

AKA the old gods, the race who came before the New gods of DC. The third world that was before the Fourth world.

That's ridiculous. Celestials are supposed to be above Galactus, or at least above skyfathers. Some depictions show Galactus as weaker than Celestials, some as more powerful, but no way should the mere Fantastic Four have the power to threaten even a herald, let alone someone who's in the galaxies-busting weight class. Marvel has its power setup all wrong...it should be depicted that even a herald considers the Fantastic Four to be bugs.
