Iceman Omega Level?

I understand that Iceman has been stated to be Omega level. But how is he? I mean i understand Phoenix is omega because of her vast and powerful ability of telepathy and telekinesis and other psionic attacks. Does anyone have any scans of Iceman as an Omega?
