Marvel Civil War RPG
follows the Marvel universe's huge crossover event. During a televised raid of a house containing select villains that had recently escaped from the super villain facility at Ryker's Island prison during a massive breakout, the escaped villain Nitro let off a massive explosion that killed the majority of the New Warriors, as well as the children at a nearby elementary school. In the wake of the tragedy, the U.S. Government proposed the Superhuman Registration Act, intending to register all super-powered beings as living weapons of mass destruction and requiring all costumed heroes to unmask themselves before the government and subject themselves to federally mandated standards.


This event triggered negative public opinion against the super-heroes, resulting in the Human Torch (Johnny Storm) being assaulted by a mob and Captain America (Steve Rogers) being propositioned by S.H.I.E.L.D. to become part of the enforcement of super heroes to register. When he refused, S.H.I.E.L.D. Director Maria Hill ordered S.H.I.E.L.D.'s Anti-Superhuman Response Unit to tranquilize him, but Rogers escaped and went underground.

When the super-heroes met to discuss the best course of action, Uatu the Watcher appeared. As Watchers only appear to monitor key events throughout history, it was noted that his presence did not bode well for the heroes.

There will be three sides to this battle. One side which is the side that is supporting the superhuman registration law, who's leader is Iron Man has Spiderman, Thunderbolts, Fantastic Four, Colosus, Goliath, She-Hulk, and atleast half one the supervillians in the Marvel regular universe (who are now on the Thunderbolts). The second side is the side that is against the New law which has been passed, who's leader is Captain America and has Wolverine, Daredevil, possibly The Human Torch, Young Avengers, The Falcon, and more guys but i havent had the money to buy the comics that have been put away for me so when i read a new issue i'll update the forum. Forbiden characters so far are Captain America, Iron Man, Iceman, possibly Mr. Fantastic and Spiderman, i will control these guys for their great importance in the roleplay and story...well Iceman i just wanna be him cause he's my favourite hero, and Hulk is unusable because he is on Planet Hulk. Made up Heros are allowed just as long as there are not unstopable.

Powers: Shikai's and Bankai's. Also have the power of Dolls that he made up hiself. He always carries a giant curved Kantana in white cloth with him. And when he goes crazy and turns into his hollow all hell breaks lose. His power increases 100 fold and his other powers have yet to be revealed. And has tons of uncontrolable locked Reitsu. He also uses Shunpo. (Can take a step and be behind you in a instant or miles away.) And knows Demon arts. And has a move he made up called Golden Kannonball. His Shikai's and Bankai's abiltys. Also his Dolls abilitys. (I will post the abilitys of the Shikai's and Bankai's when he uses them. I will also post a pic.) And he knows how to use Hakuda and Shunko. He also has two items. One is a wand with a skull atop it that produces a tentacle that acts as a harness, and a single, bat-shaped wing that acts as a hang glider. Flight is triggered using the word tobe (fly!). No skill or previous experience is required to fly using this artifact. The other is the tent¨_ken (Ìì̤½k heavenly dancing figure), a brown cloak with a large draw string closure at the collar, with a large brooch displaying the Shih¨_in family crest. Like the wand, the tent¨_ken seems to require no skill or previous experience to use. It also seems to be superior to the wand, since it allows one to hover in mid air, and leaves ones hands free. So far, only Ichigo has been shown using this artifact.

Bio: Ichigo has natural orange hair, a fact that annoys many upperclassmen in his school, who constantly pick fights with him. Ichigo claims that he does not care what others think (about his hair and other subjects) and seems to enjoy fighting the bullies, often helped by Chad.

Ichigo lives with his father, Isshin Kurosaki, and two sisters, Yuzu and Karin. His father runs a small medical clinic in their house and the entire family pitches in to help. His father is always excited, and constantly "fights" with Ichigo, although it is always in a joking way. Karin is extremely athletic, active, and can suppress her feelings while Yuzu is very passive and emotional.

On the outside, this seems to be a fairly normal family, except for one fact. Ichigo has had an exceptional ability for much of his life: to see and communicate with ghosts. As a matter of fact, the entire Kurosaki family has some degree of spiritual power, which enables this ability. Of the children, Ichigo has the most amount of spiritual power (consequently making him the strongest), with Karin coming in next and Yuzu ranking in last. Initially, Karin can see ghosts (though not shinigami or hollows) as clearly as Ichigo, while Yuzu can only see fuzzy outlines and hear ghosts.

As the series progresses, everybody's powers increase (including some of Ichigo's spiritually-aware friends) because of their contact with Ichigo. Ichigo has an incredible amount of spiritual power (reiatsu), but he cannot control it well; due to this fact, he unconsciously leaks out his spiritual power, which affects spiritually aware people close to him.

Later on in the manga, Ichigo's father is revealed to be a captain-level shinigami whom even Ichigo's teacher, Kisuke Urahara, knows. This suggests that Ichigo gets his tremendous powers from his father. It is not yet known whether Yuzu and Karin have the same potential, though Karin has been known to destroy hollows with Don Kanonji and the Karakura Superheroes. At age 3, Ichigo's mother, Masaki Kurosaki, took him to a dojo to learn karate. His first fight was with Tatsuki Arisawa, where he lost and started crying. Ichigo then saw his mother and started smiling, and it was revealed that he did this whenever he saw his mom.

At age 9, Masaki was killed by the hollow Grand Fisher, although Ichigo did not find out until early in the main BLEACH storyline. Ichigo was distraught and walked on the shore where his mother was killed for days. The entire Kurosaki family transformed at the death of Masaki - Karin became tough and did not cry again, while Yuzu took up the household chores.

While in junior high school, Ichigo met Chad, then from Mashiba Junior High, who helped him out of a fight. Chad, although extremely strong, was often the target of beatings because he refused to fight for his own sake. Thus, Ichigo and Chad agreed to fight for each other in any situation.

Thor is not confirmed on either side to my knowledge, sasquatch is Canadian and therefor since the law is only in usa it does not affect him and the same goes for Captain Britain except he's british...but i'm sure they could come down to help out a side. and Thunder Fox take whoever you want except Ironman, Captain America and Spiderman, and Iceman and Madmel has the Thing, please just remember i have posted really long lists of whos confirmed to be on who's side and i also suggest people read about the first 4 civil war frontline comics or atleast one and 2 or just read up on it and the super human registration act

*Biography: His life wasn't so good before he created his group(Which he doesn't lead, just made). His parents died when he was 12, and now lives with foster parents. he ended up moving to indianapolis after a gang started killing people in town. Once he discovered his powers, he ran back and stoped the gang, but left before the police came, so noone would know about his powers. He later made a group of other heros who noone knew about. He let another member be leader because he didn't want to be leader. Somehow, however, the military found out about the group, Redux. Fourtunately, they think its a myth.

He can teleport short distances and walk through into Dark realms to hide, gain strength or simply call forth more powerful demons, however do not approach him here if you mean him harm, he is undefeatable due to the fact this is his own realm and place that he himself created thousands of years ago but few can actually move into this place of excistence and he finds it difficult if hes weak

*Biography: Thousands of years ago Neszerious was born in an ancient, but strangely civilised region, he was an adept at certain alchemy uses by the age of 7 and strangely became a master by the age of 12 which could take entire life times to succeed in, Neszerious was jealous of his brother however who was crowned King for he was next in line to rule, in his jelousy and hate he became so frustrated that he smashed the dark Orb, an ancient Artifact that wa said to hold the soul of the darkest of beings and so it corrupted him, in his dark state he gained the Demons knowledge and power and destroyed his race, completly obliterated without remorse or thought or Mercy every last piece of his peoples knowledge but he was not satisfied with his powers and so he used his power to warp reality and step into the Demons realm within his mind, there he attacked the beast and destroyed it, draining its soul for his own and it became part of him but the force of such power made him unconcious, now he has awoken and from his shadowy realm has stepped into the mortals plane to realise what is happening around him, intrigued he is ready to take over this world as he did his own eaons ago

well most bad guys were recruited onto the thunderbolts and are pro-registration, and/or are in the middle just stil committing crimes cause they are bad guys either way but it would make really good sense for them to be on the anti-registration side

i havnt looked at Hero high but UH rpg has gone on too long for me to understand whats happening, i doubt someone could give me a recap to all that, theres about 7000 odd posts

Powers & History: The White Queen is a high-order telepath, but she may also be a telekinetic (see Gen X #19). Recently she has manifested a secondary mutation that turns her skin into organic diamond.
When Emma's powers first manifested, she could not control them, and couldn't block out the thoughts of others. Her parents, unable to deal with a girl who heard voices, put Emma in a mental institution, which was very traumatic. Finally, Emma realized that if she could hear the voices, she might be able to talk back, and took control of a guard, forcing him to release her and take her away. Emma came to New York, and enrolled in Empire State University.

One night, Emma was in the process of telepathically gleaning insider information from businessmen when she was approached by Harry Leland, who eventually would invite her to join the Hellfire Club. That same night, Emma ran into Dark Beast, fresh from the "Age of Apocalypse", and helped him start to straighten out his disoriented mind. This led to a quasi-partnership, the details of which are still unknown. Emma actually started at the club as a dancer, and used her powers to rob patrons once she got them into the VIP rooms. One night she was approached by Professor Xavier and Moira MacTaggert, who tried to convince her to join them. However, the lure of power was too strong and Emma resisted, forcing Xavier to wipe her mind of the encounter. Emma rose in importance due to her mutant abilities, until she came to the attention of Sebastian Shaw, probably through his associate Leland. At Shaw's side, Emma was instrumental in effecting his coup and takeover of the club's Inner Circle. Emma was given the title of White Queen as her reward.

As the White Queen of the Hellfire Club, Emma was instrumental in the conversion of Phoenix to Dark Phoenix, as she was the designer of the device that gave Mastermind the ability to project his illusions at long range. She later tried to subvert the X-Men by switching bodies with Storm and kidnapping Kitty but the plan was thwarted by Storm, though using Emma's body. Emma also ran the young super-team known as the Hellions, and for a time was even able to brainwash their rivals, the New Mutants into serving her as well. Early in the Hellions' existence, she made a "special project" out of Firestar, whom she was grooming to assassinate Selene, the second Black Queen and her main rival for power. Emma ran the Hellions until they were killed by Trevor Fitzroy. In that same attack Frost herself was gravely injured, and presumed to be dead, given that Phoenix transferred her own mind into Emma's body.

Professor Xavier, however, believed that Frost had survived, because he didn't feel her death, so her body was kept in stasis in the Mansion. During an escape attempt by Sabretooth, an electrical discharge from an overloaded machine caught Frost and Iceman, waking Frost up and placing her mind in Iceman's body. She used his powers in fantastic ways to gain access to her Manhattan office, where she learned of her students' murders. Distraught to the point of "suicide by cop," Emma was finally tracked down by Xavier and Banshee and brought back to the Mansion, where her mind was put back in her body. When the Phalanx took over the Mansion and kidnapped the X-Men and assumed their forms, hunting for the next generation of mutants, Frost was freed from being their captive by Banshee and, with Sabretooth and Jubilee found and saved the neo-mutants. As personal penance for failing her students, she agreed to turn her Massachussetts Academy into an affiliate of the Xavier Institute, and became the headmistress of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, home base of Generation X.

Recently, when her investments took a big hit in the stock market, Emma was forced to ask her sister Adrienne for help, and wound up giving her the position of headmistress. However, Adrienne soon revealed herself to be a villain by trying to kill the Gen X kids in order to torture Emma, and then left the school to assume the mantle of White Queen II. Emma remained the headmistress through Adrienne's return, but after Adrienne set a bomb that killed Synch, Emma shot her sister and retreated back into alcohol. She funded many projects for the Gen X kids, but became increasingly cold and borderline psychotic, to the point where she violently mindwiped a cop who was asking about Adrienne. Following that, the Gen X kids all left the school, and Emma was recalled by Professor X, though she somehow ended up teaching in Genosha. When Cassandra Nova unleashed her Wild Sentinels and destroyed the mutant haven, Emma's class was killed with the rest of the mutants, but Emma manifested a new power: turning her skin to organic diamond. She was rescued by the X-Men, and though she initially disdained their motives, soon joined their cause.

Emma became mentor to the Stepford Cuckoos, but they rejected her influence when one of their member, Sophie, died to stop Kid Omega. She also began to seduce Cyclops into a telepathic affair, which Jean eventually discovered. Then Emma's diamond body was found shattered. Though initally Jean was suspected, it turned out to be Esme (one of the Cuckoos), acting through Beak and Angel IV (Emma's new pet project). Beast and Phoenix managed to piece Emma back together, and she returned to duty. The true mastermind of the attempted murder, however, was Xorn, who later revealed himself as Magneto IV.

Following Jean's death at the hands of Magneto IV, Emma and Scott professed their love for each other and agreed to rebuild the X-Mansion and continue teaching their students. Under the new structure, Emma is Co-Headmaster and also the faculty advisor to the squad known as the Hellions. In addition, she operates on Cyclops's field unit and is the main user of Cerebra. She had some interpersonal conflict with Dani Moonstar and Shadowcat, but mostly from their ends.

Following M-Day, Emma effectively expelled all of the de-powered students and staff, and set the remaining students against each other in order to determine who would become the New X-Men. She had a particular grudge against X-23, but was unable to stop Cyclops from adding her to the list. More disturbingly, Emma has been meeting, telepathically or in person, with Shaw, Cassandra Nova and others who aim to form a new Hellfire Club.
