Errrm...The Surfer could still take him alone. And I would give Thanos good chances against him as well.

If he doesn't get stopped at Thanos, he get's stopped at the Surfer. While Genis watches.

If he can beat Thanos then Silver Surfer pwns him

He gets stopped at Thanos. Thanos himself can take Silver Surfer and Genis, although I'm not so sure now due to the Surfer's upgrade.

Meh, the Surfer has good chances against Thanos, if the Surfer would fight intelligently.

ESPECIALLY with his new upgrade.

10 11 or 12 should stop him.

I agree with the especially part. The thing about him fighting intelligently though... maybe he does, maybe it's just Thanos is that much smarter.
