Well Confident Spider-Man go against these two powerhouses the twist is that Mister Sinister,Apocalypse & Bruce Banner has 5 days to improve Spider-Man's DNA and abilities and add abilites. Can the prep time and enchancments do the Job?

Well if Spider-Man has the Hulk's powers with his own enhanced abilities, plus psionic abilites, flight, even more strength and energy projection coupled with the fact the Thanos and Darkseid probably won't work well together I think its possible for Spider-man to get a win

A potent mix of an alternate reality Nate Grey( X-Man) isolated DNA traits, Jean Greys latent phoenix powers, along with a DNA that he took impersonating a physician when he examined a young Franklin Richards. Combining that with a free sample of Doctor Banners gamma irradiated blood, fused with his wn and some leftovers of Gambits (New Son) Sinister administers it to Parker. This powerful concoction merges all the way down to Spidermans molecular level boosting his strength durability and endurance a hundredfold, his brain hemmorages and seizures as latent telepathic and telekinetic powers sear thru his skull and Parker passes out in pain.

After awakening Peter has the greatest telepathic and telekinitic mind n the omniverse....is able to control kinetic energy courtesy of Gambit...virtually indestructible and limitless strength even more powerful than the Hulk since he and Banner were able to create a pure strand of his DNA as well as vast reality manipulating powers courtesy FR. because the notion is ludicrous....no kind of Earthly science can generate the amount of power to take on a non-jobbing Darkseid AND Thanos...it just cant be done...especially by two guys who are constantly beaten by the X-Men...they may have genius intellects but your taking about Sky-father level characters here...and Banner pfff u coulda kept him outta this. + U coulda came up with a better conduit for the power like Juggernaut rather than a street-leveler like Spiderman...AND 5 days is not enough time to become proficient enough with his new powers to defeat them UNLESS he had SEVERE PIS and He went back in time to train for a million years then he last like 5 seconds.....

celestial tech is garbage....if it was so awe-inspiring War-Hulk would have killed Juggernaut instead of just knocking him back. Banner if he was so great would have better control over his gamma fused blood cells, or atleast cure himself and Sinister is good but he aint "beating Darkseid and Thanos" good.

Mister Sinister is a testament to what he is capable of he is damn near indestructible powerful and maybe immortal he did some of that If not all Of that to himself threw genetics Apocalpyse doesn't just have Celestial tech in wikipedia it says he has improved upon it that says how smart He is. As for Celestials tech they are responabile for the genetic creation of the Eternals,Deviants,maybe even the skrulls that pretty impressive. Plus it took Thor with a powerful hit to even crack there armor

Spider-man doesn't need any improvements to beat them

With all those improvements, I think he could give them a good fight,he might be able to beat them, but i dont know alot about darkseid though.

If Spidey lasts longer than a second against them, I would say that's an achievement.

Let him have Reed and Doom's help, and instead of losing in .00005 seconds, he gets OE'd in .0004 seconds.
