Whos the best Superman rip- off , in regards to being the best all around..

Captain Marvel isn't really a Superman rip off

ok, just vote on the others..

As far as I can tell Gladiator is an alien, from a planet whos people are all superpowered in the same way, but the entire planet was killed. He has heat vision, super strength, speed, wears a red cape, underroos outside his pants. The only thing i'm not sure about is about the cold breath.

Shazam isnt a rip off

He was created to give kids a more relatable hero.

So far Sentry seems to be shaping up to be the best so far since I found the whole multiple personality thing to be interesting. The writers have done gladiator worst of all. Nefaria and Hyperion are pretty good

Co-signed. IMO, Gladiator is the closest to a Superman ripoff. Interesting thread Joe. Only because most other "rip-offs" have had more time to become they're own character. Gladiator has hardly any character driven stories, so alot of people see him as his powerset.

In terms of personality, Gladiator's arguably the least like Supes.

Gladiator

Reason: Crazy haircut, blue-skin, no-nonsense approach

Sentry comes close because he also has a sort of no-nonsense approach but tries too hard to look like Thor. Pretty silly.

1. Sentry - The man has a freaking S on his belt for christ sakes !

2. Gladiator - Background and power wise he's a carbon copy of supes jammed into a blue body with a mohawk

3. Hyperion - While powerful his durability sucks ass , he was almost killed by Gambit charging himself and then was incapacitated when he had some sand teleported into him. A REAL Supermans insides are as super as his outsides.

4. Neferia - A (MUCH) weaker Supes clone , think Action comics 1# -50#

The Hyperion Grey Fox is talking about is Exiles Hyperion.

Oh, by the way, Gambit charged up Magik's sword, who Hyperion killed before that, and blew himself up along with Hyperion. The only reason why Gambit had enough time to do that, is because of Blink.

I mean he did kill the Galactus, Thor and Hercules of his reality. He said so himself.

He could have caught Galactus at his weakest.
Thor has sent Galactus running for his life with a God Blast Once. Guardian and Doctor Strange have both knocked Galactus down. It's conceivable that this Hyperion could have done something similar but in a more ruthless way.

In his reality there is practically nothing left. If that Hyperion fought her again, she'd be dead.

Doesn't matter though. I voted for Sentry.

Oh, if you can find a scan that proves he didn't kill the Galactus of his reality, I'd like to see it. Until then, what he says happened, did in fact happen.

Supreme has the weakness to a particular metal and radiation called supremeum, he has a superhuman "sister", a superpowered dog named radar, and his main villan was named Darius Dax a evil and rich genius decated to destroying Supreme. and he also had his own fortress called the Supremacy, and he has all the traditional powers of a Superman clone but to the nth degree .

Actually, imo the way Blink defeated Hyperion was genius.
Kinda why i'd give Dr. Light a majority over any top tier, as long as he has enough prep time.
Imagine Dr. Light fights Superman with a crowbar. We know he can turn objects into light.
If he were to turn the crowbar into light, and then shoot it into Supermans eye, and then turn it back into solid iron, can you imagine the pain that would cause??
And we know being phased into hurts Superman.
